方法1（本地更新）：

下载 VMware-ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-depot.zip上传至主机目录

服务-启动SSH，关闭全部虚拟机，进入维护模式

SSH输入下面命令升级，注意：--no-hardware-warning参数跳会过硬件警告！

esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/VMware-ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-depot.zip -p ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-standard --no-hardware-warning

//重启reboot//查看版本vmware -vl
