方法1（本地更新）：
下载VMware-ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-depot.zip上传至主机目录
服务-启动SSH，关闭全部虚拟机，进入维护模式
SSH输入下面命令升级，注意：--no-hardware-warning参数跳会过硬件警告！
esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/VMware-ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-depot.zip -p ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-standard --no-hardware-warning
//重启
reboot
//查看版本
vmware -vl
方法2（网络更新）：
esxcli network firewall ruleset set -e true -r httpClient
esxcli software profile update -d https://hostupdate.vmware.com/software/VUM/PRODUCTION/main/vmw-depot-index.xml -p ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-standard
